I Found the Perfect Place

I'm sooo excited! I saw a glimpse into the future in the form of the perfect house for me and my son to rent together! It's in between both our jobs! The rent is in my price range if we share it!

It has wood floors! It has a fridge, stove and decent kitchen!

2 bedrooms plus a closed in garage that can be used as a zen space, library and for an over night guest on occasion!

There's a fireplace in the living room. It has a washer, dryer AND utility sink!!

There's a cute front yard with trees! There's a planter just waiting to be blessed with flowering plants!

There's a back door to a tiny, well shaded, surrounded by nature back yard and paths around the house.

I haven't felt this excited about finding the perfect place in a long, long, long, time! It's been 3 years since I've had a permanent place to call home, frankly due to the end of a relationship that left me "in between" a lot of things. It is what it is, ya know? That being said If I asked for donations to cover the move in cost do you think you could help a little?? The first person to show up with $2800 to cover first rent and security gets it. 🙏🙏🙏 That's a blessing in its self because here in Florida where I live its usually first, last, security AND application fees. This kinda feels like a miracle waiting to happen!!

Would you consider helping me raise the funds by making a small donation to me on PayPal at http://paypal.me/mswenderful1 or on GoFundMe please

This is where I lived when I started my new job this past January. As you can see, it didn't have a proper kitchen and I did my dishes in the bathtub. But it did the trick...for the moment.

I was grateful just the same, because it gave me the opportunity to save some money, as I was only asked to pay utilities. Ideally, I would have been able to stay there until I saved up enough for first. last and security on my own place, that being said, it was put on the market in March so I had to move out.

Turns out my savings allowed me to I start renting a temporary space at the Floating Peacock in April, which was a win/win as my very good friend Renata owns it and certainly welcomed the help and friendship during the Covid19 Everything!

Thank you for reading and considering helping me move on to the next step! Dare I say I look forward to a permanent residence soon?

Thank you.
