Could you imagine having to have this conversation?

This really got my attention recently. As a mother of grown adult men I thought to myself what would it have been like to have to have this conversation with them when they were growing up.
What would it be like to be that child out and about in life, having to remember a certain set of instructions of how to survive an interaction with police, whereas when I was a child I was told to go to a policeman if I felt scared or in need of help.
What's it like to be that mother, particularly in a city, hoping, praying each day that your child doesn't give the wrong impression and end up dead.

nounPHILOSOPHY
the theory that all knowledge is derived from sense-experience. Stimulated by the rise of experimental science, it developed in the 17th and 18th centuries, expounded in particular by John Locke, George Berkeley, and David Hume.
Let's take a look and a listen at other people's personal experience and ask ourselves....what can we do better?
I'm grateful this showed up in my email via Sunserve, an amazing agency in Fort Lauderdale Florida I happen to be fortunate to work for presently.
Thanks for reading. Have a lovely day.
