Monologue by Ellen Degeneres

So everyone, I watched this monologue titled "This study says women who are funny at work are taken less seriously. Well, take this." recently and saved it on facebook so I could come back to it and talk about it myself a little.

Thank you Ellen. Thank you for talking about it, I just watched it again and so very much relate to it. I also want to say, I really appreciated you and Oprah talking about have some drinks at your birthday party. I feel like a lot of women get judged for getting a little tipsy once in awhile too, but you know, for "the guys" its ok for women......we're not being lady like or some other foolishness.
