Origins of Water Dragon Nebula

Water Dragon Nebula received its title in part through a chance meeting and a conversation a few years ago with Cosmologist Joshua Radwan who is a contributing scientist to this paper on Studies on Quantum Gravity I. Analytical Model of the Ideal Universe with Zero Temperature Background

He saw this photo, looked at me rather confused as I'm not an astronaut, astrophysicist, cosmologist or such but appeared to have taken a photo of a nebula forming! I kind of thought it looked like a dragon and combined the two concepts becoming Water Dragon Nebula!
